           SONA 2018 broke the tradition of highlighting the administration's previous year accomplishments. The president only focused on his desires for genuine and meaningful change of our country for the people. Universal Month

               The English Month theme this 2018 is Pagbasa: Susi sa Magandang Kinabukasan. The National Reading Month is celebrated every November that promotes the love for reading  and its importance to the lifelong process of learning among Filipinos. It is celebrated by having activities and competitions that can sharpen the talent of learners in communication and reading skills like Extemporaneous Speaking that requires student speaker to deliver speech with special focus on a certain topic.
